The reason being, prior to contacting this dealership I had tried several others and they were taking me round and round and not sure what they needed to do to help the solve the problem. This is the best rating I have ever given a business entity. I hope they keep this up for many years to come. I give this dealership all the stars there is to give. The price was more reasonable than I would get from a small repair shop. I always shy away from visiting dealerships of classy cars because of cost, this one surprised me with the price as I had only gone to them as a place of my last resort thinking they will charge me like a Benz owner.

Over the phone I was able to get a definite or very close to definite answer of the solution, I scheduled the appointment in a few hours to me driving in and everything happened better than I had initially expected. Very helpful with prompt updates and emails. Great experience overall from my salesperson (Julia) even though I bought the car sight unseen over the internet. What I like the most about that place is that they are very serious about their business and ready to make deals. The negotiation and the trade in process went straight and smooth.
